EatSafe NYC may request access to your device’s location to:

• Show nearby restaurants
• Sort results by distance

Important:

• Location access is optional
• You can use the app without granting location permission
• Location data is processed on-device and is not stored or tracked by us

2. Saved Restaurants (Local Storage)

When you save restaurants:

• Data is stored locally on your device
• This allows you to quickly access your saved places

We do not store this data on our servers (unless future features explicitly introduce account sync).
